Hi, I'm trying to get replacement window cranks for my bow window. Not sure how old the windows are, maybe 10 years or so. The only numbers I could find are inside of handle. Hard to read. I can make out 1520. Maybe p06 before it. Hope this helps. Thank you.

I recently purchased a 39-232 roto crank folding handle to replace a broken one. I have lost the pin which connects the handle to the window's turning mechanism, and I can't find the pin as a separate part number. Where can I find a replacement pin? Thanks!

There are no identification numbers on the crank assembly The measurements are as follows: 1. Hand Crank: 4 inches 2. Short Lever: 6 inches 3. Long Lever: 12 inches straight run(i.e.: before it starts to curve towards window.

I need a replacement handle for an almond colored Norandex window. I think 39-232 part is a match. See pictures of my broken handle and the label from the window. Is this the correct handle ? I have n Encasement window where the window would not close. Since it is getting cold in Maine I wanted to make sure I could close the window. A window expert at Home Depot told me that if I removed the crank assembly and disconnected the brace between window and frame that it would close. I did tha ... (cont.)
