I need assistance identifying (2) different cranks...one right hand and one left hand side. I also need the handles for both. On the outer most arm it looks like the following letters/numbers stamped on it: OP052020. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi,Here's a picture of the broken folding crank and a working crank from another casement window. There's no manufacturer's label but the casting has this code, OP06-1520. Can you identify the part? Do you have in stock? Cost? Alternative? Thanks. John

The cranker is 31/2 " across in width and 3" in length vertically from the top of the round part. long from end to end and the hole that is in the middle is about 1/2 inches. I have three Ducana awning windows that I need new crank handles (5/16" hex drive) and the bracket that attaches to the window casing with two pins on it for the operator arms to fasten to.

I measured the outside diameter of the spline, with a dial caliper, at approx. .322 An 11/32 spline should measure .343, correct, or am I being too technical and perhaps the spline has worm slightly? Mike

My handle broke off it's the older version where it has the male part coming out of the handle the model number that's on the handle is op05-7810 do you have this handle or do I have to get a whole new operator and handle if so what are all the parts I need ?
