Hello! One of our casement windows gets stuck every now and then and tonight I found out I am stronger than I thought when I broke the handle off. Would I be able to just get a new handle or would it be a new operator? Thank you! Zach

This casement window opener is Marked "Roto" and has the stamp "HG05" with "2009U" below that. The length of the longest arm is approximately 9 10/16 in. Thanks for your help. Eric

I have some older vinyl casement windows in a house we recently bought that have roto operators that use male 5/16 hex drive cranks. I have replaced a couple of cranks but want to change to a new style. Is there a different operator that I can install that is a splined drive style ... (cont.)

All of the operators/handles in my casement windows do not work. The spline on the handles are worn down and do not stay seated in the operator. There are no markings to indicate the window manufacturer. We called the installer but the don't keep records back to 2007 so they could not help us with part information. can you help us find the parts for these windows.
