I have some older vinyl casement windows in a house we recently bought that have roto operators that use male 5/16 hex drive cranks. I have replaced a couple of cranks but want to change to a new style. Is there a different operator that I can install that is a splined drive style ... (cont.)

Window fell off track and bent the crank mechanism. I will need to replace the hardware in the pictures.

looking for new roto operators and handles

All of the operators/handles in my casement windows do not work. The spline on the handles are worn down and do not stay seated in the operator. Some of the splines have broken off completely into the operator. I am looking to replace all of the operators and handles. Numbers on the operator are ... (cont.)

There are no markings to indicate the window manufacturer. We called the installer but the don't keep records back to 2007 so they could not help us with part information. can you help us find the parts for these windows.
