In 2018 we had a Camelot 5-lite bow window replacement installed. One of the opening mechanisms has broken and we need a replacement. The original installer cannot be contacted and I assume is out of business.

Hi I need 2 left and two right operators for these casement windows.The length of the arm is between 12" and 13" depending on how and where measurements are taken. Hi, Looking to repair a couple casement window mechanisms. Roto HG05 2006U are on the existing window mechanisms. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Looking for a left and right hand mechanism as well as 6 crank handles.(3-right,3 left). Thank you, Mike

The clip for the track attachment for my dual arm casement window operator is broken. It has a part number ending in 02, as seen in the photo. Do you carry this clip? Thank you

Window handle has a hexagon nipple on it with 2 holes on it.there is also a push button on the handle which appears to relieve pressure so the handle can snap into the crank.i have another window of the same crank and handle.i tried to switch the handle but no luck leading me to believe it is the cr ... HG04-2004U I have an issue that both left and right bottom arms keep popping out of the clip. Can you let me know what the solution is? I don't see that you sell the same type of clip.

I have two windows with 39-393 controllers but with pro handles that keep falling out. I ordered 2 of the 39-393 controllers to replace them with. I've disconnected the 2 arms and removed the 4 screws but the old controllers won't come out, they are somewhat loose but still feels like something hold ... (cont.)
