I need these cranks. I ordered the wrong ones 39-232. It's a hex nut under the handle. There's a plastic cap then a spring underneath then a heat nut instead of a spline.

Looking for a replacement crank and operator for Roto HG04-2006U. Would prefer to replace all with a newer model, if possible, to help avoid a loose crank.

In 2018 we had a Camelot 5-lite bow window replacement installed. One of the opening mechanisms has broken and we need a replacement. The original installer cannot be contacted and I assume is out of business.

Hi, Looking to repair a couple casement window mechanisms. Roto HG05 2006U are on the existing window mechanisms. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Looking for a left and right hand mechanism as well as 6 crank handles.(3-right,3 left). Thank you, Mike

The clip for the track attachment for my dual arm casement window operator is broken. It has a part number ending in 02, as seen in the photo. Do you carry this clip? Thank you

Window handle has a hexagon nipple on it with 2 holes on it.there is also a push button on the handle which appears to relieve pressure so the handle can snap into the crank.i have another window of the same crank and handle.i tried to switch the handle but no luck leading me to believe it is the cr ...
