Windows do not stand up

These old windows are fine. But the Balancer does not work. Old style. Manufacturer and brand not known. Where can I find a part and is there a video that shows how to replace these?

Is it possible to install this spiral balance shoe on existing balances with broken shoes or must I buy a whole need balance assembly?
