90-180 Window Sash Lock, 2-1/4"

Selling house and need to "tune-up" windows. Attached are pics of the lock and keeper, as well as tilt latch. I am looking for 12 left and 12 right for each to replace. I am also looking for fin pile weather stripping. If available, how is it packaged? House was built in 1995. Windows are new con ... (cont.)

I need 4 of these locks. They are stamped with 680105. The Hole to hole measurement is 2 1/4" width and 3/8" from the front. I have already purchased and tried the 90-161 locks and the keepers are too tall and the throw is too deep. Thank you!

Aluminum window sweep lock or sash

Non-Impact Double Hung Window 51.87x61.75 Balancers have broken and I am not sure of the weight I would need to order for him. His sash lock seems to be loose as well and I want to order one of those as well.

I am looking at replacement sweep lock and keepers for Norandex windows. Looks like part number 90-300, but it says out of stock. Maybe just the keeper part number 90-301

Can you help me find these brackets for our Tractor sliding windows. They are about 12 years old. If the window is closed with the locking lever in the position shown it can break the tabs on the bracket. Thanks for your help. Do you have replacements for the attached photos? I tried looking though the website, but did not see an exact match. If these are unavailable or discontinued, do you have an alternate type that would work? I need 10 sets.

Just purchased a townhome and looking to purchase replacement latches for my windows. Having a hard time finding the brown color but am open to using something else if brown is not available.

Original Window Vertical Sliding Window Window Latch. Holes are 2 1/8 apart and 3/8 from the edge. I can provide more exact measurements if needed. Die cats material.
