Hi Swisco - I recently purchased a couple of Cam Handle Lock, LH Product Code: 38-060 in attempt to repair a broken handle. Does the cam window latch 38-060 come I. 1.25 inch Center. My window is old and the latch has broken. the latch is built into the wi Dow so needs to be 1.25 inch

I do not know the manufacturer of the window. It is a basement window made of vinyl. I think it is called a keeper .I tried glue but it doesn't hold .Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, JFB

I ordered something like this from your website but the locking lever was to short only 2 inches didn't lock. The original locking lever is 21/4 inches . I also need the screws 38-126 hopper window lock was what I ordered from your website Order number 1517678

I am not sure you can help me with this one. the openers for my daughters windows are super!!! This one however I don't know, I cannot even tell you how my special needs daughter broke this one. I need to find a replacement basement window lock like the one in the pictures. The holes are 1.5 inches apart and the handle is about 3 inches long. Not sure if its a hopper or cam? Can you point me in the right direction?? Thanks!
