i need the locking bar its 31" tall and a has to rollers on it. i also need those whitenoieces that the rollers go against to oull the window tight. i also need the guides for the bar.

Hello and thank you for doing and selling what you do!!! I found a Patent Number on the plastic lock part that broke and fell off the other arm to my awning window. I purchased 2 tie bar guides for my window a few weeks back and they broke after I tried to latch the window closed.
