39-014 Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm

Vetter casement window does not close. Gears are either stripped or not meshed together. Vetter window is original with house built in 2004. Pictures are attached. Truth insignia on rail. Part number 14D104 stamped on shorter arm. Thank you for your help!

I have multiple of these around the house that need replacement. I am having trouble finding an exact replacement - however, i am very open to anything that would be an equivalent and work, without needing to replace the whole window assembly. Not sure how to choose the correct type of replacement crank for my windows. Label "caradco" on the crank handle.

I'm wondering if there are covers for these old truth hardware operators. Rather than replacing the entire operator, we're hoping to just install covers in white.

It has a 12" arm. The longest arm I see available is much shorter. Please let me know if this length and style is available.

The window crank arm is 13 1/2" from center of body. Body is 4" wide. Mounting holes 3", 2 1/4", 1 1/2" apart. The only numbers I can find is 0702006. Please find me a replacement so I can fix my windows. Thank you!

HI Swisco team - we have a white window crank mechanism that measures 4" length and is broken inside, so that when I turn to close/ lock the window, it has a click/ broken sound inside and is unable to lock properly. I think I need to replace the 4" part and the extension arm (not sure if this is so ... (cont.)

Crest o pane windows installed in 1977. Windows are foggy, cranks are not smooth and locks are tough to close. Would like to know the replacement parts for all of these. There are windows that open the other way so cranks are opposite.
