I am almost positive, I found the correct operator for my project, but I need it in white and the only item listed is grey (Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm). Any assistance towards this end will be most appreciated. Sherrod

I have an old window. Crank out goldish in color,But not gloss gold Says Weathershield on the handle. Says RH ! on the piece it self. Appears to be 8 inch. IdEAS?

I saw on the net someone inquiring about biltbest parts. Do h u have access to the crank I've attached? It's a narrowish longish casement window that locks on the left ( as your standing) and cranks from the right side in the middle. Thanks, Mark

I have 2 casement windows in my kitchen where recently the cranks have came off and we are unable to open or close the windows. Yes, 39-013 and 39-014 operators are the same style but have the 13-1/2" arm.

Currently the 39-014 wood window crank operator is only available in the color dark bronze.
