Is it possible to only replace bottom hinge? The window does not crank back in to close. Part #30744 Truth

Looking for a replacement window opener. It has Truth stamped into the arm. It is a right hand window operator with a straight arm. The arm is 12 inches long from the tip to the bend or 13 something if the bend is included.

The hardware brand is Wright and I'm wanting to replace the hardware that allows the window to open. Inside the window pane has the marking QG-1 ASTM E 774 Class

Marked on the bottom LH 45135 The arm is marked 40051B

I am looking to replace a casement window crank for a window in my cabin. It was torn out by a bear. The window was made by Bergerson Windows in Oregon but they do not seem to be in business The name on the hardware is Anderberg and they seem to be out of business as well. I hope you can help me ... This is for a double casement window. It open from the center of the two windows out to the left. Numbers on it are 060410. 10:00.
