39-021 Wood Window Crank, 9"

I ordered two 9" window cranks (for R and L sides). Item #s were 39-021 and 39-020. I then ordered parts that actually attach on the window but they were the wrong thing. Not compatible with the cranks I purchased. What would be the appropriate item to order?

Hi, I have a couple windows that operate fine except the gears are stripped. The part appears to be the 39-020 but not sure. Do you sell just the arm as a replacement part?

House built in 1970. Original small window cranks open/closed. It will not close completely due to stripped gear (see photos). Need to replace the arm with the gears/teeth on one end.
