Greetings, I am looking for a replacement for the window operator in the attached photo.The longer arm measures 10 1/4" and the shorter arm is 4 1/4". Number 31538 is stamped on the shorter arm, as well as the letter "L". Also, "Entryguard" is stamped on the longer arm. Please advise me on my repla ... (cont.)

The crank handle mount completely broke and the handle has come out. The windows are rather old (CertainTeed). The long arm appears to be 9". The assembly is TRUTH and shows number 40471 stamped on the base. The short articulated arm shows 20810 on the end by the window attachment and 30841L on ... (cont.)

I am pretty sure that these are 39-031 and 39-032, but just wanted to check before placing the order.
