The problem here is that the window crank will not engage with the armature cogs--can you find me a whole new unit?

I ordered part 39-031 to replace the actuator to my NORCO window. The actuator has two arms. The shorter arm on the original actuator measures approximately 3 7/8". I have 9 screw gears that are stripped, it will only open the window but not pull the window back in. I have 6 plastic covers that are broken or missing. I need 3 handles because they are missing from the Windows.
