Hello, trying to find replacement operator and brackets. Pics show the hardware, this window opens with hinge on right (from outside), bracket that the short arm mounts to is lost. Sash damaged because previous owner overcranked.

Crank handle just spins need replacement

We are looking for replacement parts for our crank out windows. The current parts have the name Entrygard Truth on them. One pic shows a number 31538A We would need one for left and right crank out. window will not crank closed. Opens fine. Plastic cover piece is cracked.

There is a marking on the crank of '40471'. I only need the arm assembly, the current arm has too much 'slack' and can fall out of its track.

The plate number is 40471 The long arm number is 30472 RH the "elbow" arm is R30842 the "connecting arm" is 20810 the "shelf piece" is 20545 The windows are over 17 years old....wood on inside and vinyl outside.
