Built the house in '89 with Caradco Casement throughout. Many (most) of the cranks have failed due to splits in the crank assembly allowing the crank and screw to pull out so looking for replacements. We are looking for the Operator, cover and 3/8" folding crank handle. the numbers on the back of the operator are c-1081-201. the longest arm is s-1081-202. on the smaller arms are s-1081-03 and s-1081-66.

The Entry gard piece indicates R for the piece need in bronze. We took the number from the left side window. Also we ordered an operator covering braze and we received bright brace instead bronze. What is the next step in returning the operator cover to get the BRONZE? Thanks Dothlyn ... (cont.)

The attached photo is of a Jeld-Wen casement window operator that has stripped teeth. The date of manufacture from the date on the window is 01-05 and the "model" on the operator is "Entry-Gard"
