39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

The window cranks (Crestline) in several of our windows do not work any longer, since the gears are worn out. We need replacement parts. Please advice on how we can order these. Thanks.

I have Marvin wood windows in my home and need to replace some of the opener l need 2 30842R and 2 l30841 can you help me out

Not sure if this is a left handed or right handed window crank. I'm looking from the inside towards the outside. I have some broken gear teeth that the gear drive fails to engage. All of the actuating arms are okay (L30841 & 20810). This house was built in 1991 and I'm assuming that's when this cran ... (cont.)

We have two windows that use the Truth Entry-Gard 20810 system. The handle and enclosure are loose, and turning the handle generally just spins, without consistently driving the arm. Looking to replace these with white since we painted sills white from original honey colored wood.

My house has number of casement windows with Truth Entryguard operators that need to be replaced. The windows are probably 35 years old, and their sizes differ. Will the current Entryguard operators fit? If different size arms are necessary, how are they measured? Thanks

Entry Gard Truth, 20810,R30842 These are the only markings I can see. I need both right and left cranks.

Need to identify the photographed part to see if there is a replacement available. from Truth. It is the crank apparatus for an old window. The came off and likely stripped out of the crank after trying to close the window.

1. the first upstairs bedroom crank won't work to move window in or out. Gears stripped. Need order number as none on arm. 2. The upstairs bath pictures (1 and 2) the arm pin will not lock into the operator and the handle gears are stripped. Need the order number as none on arm.

The cover says kk band

Casement window circa 1985. Crank opening 5 inches for crank assembly I need left or right.. Crank assembly is stripped. May I just need to replace the handle or whole assembly? Jim

We just purchased an "As is" house in San Diego. Most all of the window hardware is broken. We need to replace all or most of them. I have a handyman to do it but need these K & K cranks, housing and covers. Can we order them from you? Thanks Andy and Cathy

I need to make sure that i order the correct hardware. The current hardware is stamped Entry Gard Truth. and then on one of the arms it is stamped 20810a. Viewed from the outside of the window, the hinge is on the right side.

Replacement part. ? The problem with the closers are that the screw assembly now comes out of the assembly- is there a way to reattach so is just doesn't just pull out .

Hello, one of the fixture bottom of the window got loose. So window does not show down. It is not casement window operator, but on the window side fixture. Could you look at the pictures and let me know which part should I buy and if I can replace it myself?
