Can you please identify this window crank and let me know what to order.

Hi, I think I'm dealing with a right hand opening casement window. Truth entrygard would like a quote for the operator and some underneath parts (not sure what they are called. I think it's a Link Arm.The operator has this stamped : 1982 , truth entrygard , on the main plate near the gears is 10471. ... (cont.)

can you help me identify this operator? It is entry gard stamped 20610. The long arm id about 19" and the short arm is about 3" Thanks for your help

numbers that I have found on the crank and arms are L30841, 02802, and 20810

Can u advise if 39-107FK will work? If not dcan u provide me with a replacement. I need 6 color white.

The window in question is probably about 20 years old. As I bought the house 3 years ago, I have no idea of actual date or the manufacturer. In observing the operator it cranks normally to the stop. I purchased this handle and it matches the window however it is just a little bit too small of an opening to fit cleanly over that threaded knob. You have to jam it on and even then will only go a little bit and not enough to use the tightening screw. I need an identical handle with a slightly large ... (cont.)

Hi, How are you? I need to replace the left window operator. It works if I take the crank cover off, but does not work with it on. The pic of arm is the right operator. Also what color is the cover? Entry guard truth 40754 - casement window operator, bracket attached to window is 11" long. Gears no longer engaging in closure, handle works its way out of mechanism. Need to replace.

We have casement windows that were installed in 1972. The hardware for the windows is an unusual shape and there is a 'pin' that should sit on top of the arm that holds the hardware in place that allows the window to open. It says Truth. I think the number is 20810 but I am only sure about the first 3 digits. I can open the window but when I go to close it, the mechanism that connects with the gears begin to unscrew out of its casement. I don't know if I just need part of this or all of it (?) When turning the handle, the gearing attached to the handle spins itself out. Is this part broken or is a part missing ?
