39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

It looks like company is GU.EntryGard Truth - L31538A The metal arm comes off the track when opened all the way.

The crank just stopped working and seems to not be grabbing the gear to open the window. I'm assuming I need to replace the crank and gear parts?

Stamped with numbers 40254 on base and 20544 on arm.

I can open the window but it won't close. The crank handle turns but the window doesn't close. The handle appears to unscrew from the unit as opposed to turning the gears to close the window. Can you identify the problem and what parts I might need? Thank you.

The window cranks (Crestline) in several of our windows do not work any longer, since the gears are worn out. We need replacement parts. Please advice on how we can order these. Thanks.

Not sure if this is a left handed or right handed window crank. I'm looking from the inside towards the outside. I have some broken gear teeth that the gear drive fails to engage. We have two windows that use the Truth Entry-Gard 20810 system. The handle and enclosure are loose, and turning the handle generally just spins, without consistently driving the arm.
