Can you please tell me the correct replacement part for this window. I'm not sure how you measure the arm. I'd like a left and a right side part. Hello, I need to replace the operator for our kitchen window. Some of the gears no longer move when we move the crank. On the crank it says, "Entry Gard Truth" and on the back side 40753. On the smaller part with the hinge it says 31538A. I have attached pictures of the operator. Could you please he ... (cont.)

The crank started wiggling then came out. I tried to screw it back in, but it could not catch on the inside. Do I need to replace everything or just the handle? Also, I am not very handy. Will replacing it be a task?

On the final arm (silver in color) is stamped 20544. On the underside of the bent or angled arm that connects with the final arm is stamped 30636. One leaf of French Casement window does not operate properly, or operates with difficulty. I have tried to tighten the handle's grip on the turning mechanism but that only helps for short period of time if at all. Maybe treads are stripped.
