Is it possible to get this part?

I hope you can see that the part that locks the door in to its different positions broke. Plastic with a pin that goes in to slots. Is it possible to buy just that part?

The handle broke off of my window crank. When you pull it, it should open the window and when you push it back, it should close. Do you have this part? I think I would need to replace the whole mechanism on the inside of the window.

I have two casement windows that are opened by a lever style operator halfway up the side of the window. I would like to replace with a crank style operator in the same location (so I don't have to replace the top and bottom hinges). Any suggestions?

Hi I need to replace some awning cranks only and some entire windows. Can you identify the name of this window manufacturer ? We looked and couldn't find any label or mfg identification. Also which of your cranks would be a good replacement . Thank you !

Is it possible to replace an awning window lock pin. The plastic that holds the pin breaks over time as it degrades. Seems like a simple fix but can't find the part.

I have a window with a awning window level operator (39-037) at my kitchen sink. The handle sticks out too far and hits my faucet. I'd like to replace the handle with something that does not protrude as far. Is there a compatible handle that I can install?

I broke the handle off one just like this and I think I have read that I will need to replace the entire awning window mechanism, but I hope not. I hope you can help. Thank you

Hello, I have 4 windows that have crank #1, that i need to have replaced in black. I also have 2 windows that have crank #3 on each, with the lock (crank #4). can you help identify the correct fit and replacement for these?

I have attached photos as I am trying to find some assistance replacing these broken cranks. The one with no handle is for a bow window with 4 small awning type windows. All are broken(sadly).
