We have a window in our bathroom and the handle broke off of it. The problem is that we cannot figure out the manufacturer of the window. They are from 1991 and most likely out of business. Here is a photo of the part. Any ideas? Kara

Hello,I ordered the 39-037 operator in white. The website shows the handle to the left in the closed position. The (4) I received are closed in the right hand position. The ones I am replacing are closed in the left hand position. Not really that big of a deal. The problem I am having is the cutout ... (cont.)

Hello, I need to replace many of these plastic track holders. They are 2 piece and measure 3 3/8" long, 15/16" wide, approx. 1/4" thick and the mounting holes are 3" apart. Hope you can help. Thank you, Larry

Hi -- The handle is broken on the window in the attached picture. I do not know the make of the window and can't find anything on the window indicating this. I would buy the whole replacement kit shown in 39-037. However, I don't know the measurements of the window, and I see that there are alter ... (cont.)

We have broken the handle off of one of our window latches as per the attached photos showing both a broken latch and a functioning latch. Can you supply a replacement part? If so, what is the cost? Also, how does one go about removing the broken latch and installing the new one? ... (cont.)

Pozzi is the name on the opener. The window opens up from the bottom a few inches for air only.

Greetings, I'm looking to replace these handles. The windows get swollen causing a little too much force to be used and the handles break. Would anything be available to save this older Bay window?
