I have found nothing other than what is in the pictures..I'm not sure on where to take measurements from..The width of the window is 41" and the arms span when closed is 18 3/4

I have a Malta bathroom window that has a lever at the bottom of the frame to extend the top pivoting window out at a 45 degree angle. When closing the window the right side corner does not pull in completely like the left side! Does the window have an adjustment for this problem? ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement for this awning type lever, not sure of make or model. Appears to be 21inch, the visible part of the mechanism is 3.5" wide at the top tapering down to 3 and 5/8s". I need a new handle operated opener for a 42 year old awning window. I believe it is a Sealrite, which to the best of my knowledge is no longer in business .

It was on a California Classics divided light wood window that is painted white. The handle broke off at the base.

Is it possible to replace an awning window lock pin. The plastic that holds the pin breaks over time as it degrades. Seems like a simple fix but can't find the part.

I have 15 Crestline Millwork windows that need a gear. They open, close and lock except when getting to the section of gear that is stripped. Lock is separately located.
