39-083 Dual Arm Crank, 21-1/2"

Hi! Desperate to replace the crank on awning window(s) and prefer to not use them at all....remodeling now and contractor wants a low profile closure...will never open these windows up. Help...any ideas?

Hi, I have a Shucco casement window installed in 2004. The crank has come out. Any idea what I need to replace it with? The window itself is fine. I can insert the handle/crank back in the hole and turn it to open it, but it doesn't go all the way back in and I can't close it. And of co ... (cont.)

Can you identify what part this operator is? The worm screw has broken free of the housing.

My house was built in 1973 and still has some original wood windows. One of them is an awning window, but I cannot find any names, numbers, or markings anywhere on the unit except for some numbers stamped on the side of the screen.

I work at a local building supply store. Recently we had an older lady come in needing parts. We were told that they were Andersen window part. How long are the screws that are typically used to mount the operator? I ill have to get in there with a ratcheting 90 degree screwdriver, as the gap where the screws are is not very tall. is there a video specific to awning operators? the site will not let me add a photo of what I have. ... The window crank is fairly new. However, whoever installed, it did not screw in the cylinder that goes on top of the shaft, before the hand crank goes on. The window will crank out, but without that cylinder lock, it will not retract. I need to see if I can replace the cylinder lock. ... (cont.)

Crank popped out of casement operator, stripped threads. I need a replacement, but see no manufacturers name or model #. Any help with replacement would be appreciated.

The window would not open nor close. Removing the mechanism revealed the threads were stripped and the auger type screw has a fracture on the end.
