I'm looking for a dual arm crank window operator. I have a Truth,(30895A) window operator which is similar to Item 39-140. I ordered 39-140 it is marked as 16 inches. 39-140 is exactly what I need except the arms are only 12 inches in length not 16 inches. Do you have the item in 16 inches? In fact ... (cont.)

I believe that the inner workings of the crank are stripped. Do you have replacement parts or do I need to replace the entire mechanism (if so, can you provide)? Thank you.

Hi - I am replacing covers and handles on several windows at home. Two windows have the cover shown, and an 11/32"crank. Should this cover just pop off or is there a set screw? And which is the right replacement cover in white? Thanks! Judy

I need to replace the operator and a new handle. It's made by Truth. Only numbers I see are 45301. It's 21.5 in long.

I need 4 21½inch duel arm crank operators, crank arm & handles. 45301 is on the bottom of crank operator, 0078 is printed on left arm assembly, 4007 printed on right arm assembly

I have a pair of awning windows that won't open because of a subsequent installation of hot water baseboard heating that blocks the Lever.
