The interior cranking mechanism shown in the photo does not crank the casement window all the way back in. There are two arms that are attached to the window that this crank extends and retracts but the interior part appears to be worn out or broken. I have six windows that need this same repair. ... I bought a condo and the window is 37x19.5 and the image shows the number, the crank style and that one scissor is approx 8 in from the center crank to where it hinges open. Thanks for letting me know what two replacements would cost and what will work

I have to order 2 more 39-239B I also need 2 that have the crank in the middle of the unit and it extends 8 inches or so. Same clips as 39-239B

This is Truth Hardware. Arms are just over 16" and have number 30896. They attach to a part number 45142, shown in picture W 2, that has 5 screw holes. It fits through an opening that is 4 5/8". The hinges click onto a part that is 3 "long--picture 3.

Hi, I called MW manufacturing (now PlyGem). They told me the awning window used Truth hardware and was dual arm. I need some help identifying exactly what operator (and I will probably buy a new handle, as well) I should buy. Thank you! Mel

Crank broke. Bought from Menards in 1996. Shows 45301 truth on back.
