39-083 Dual Arm Crank, 21-1/2"

This is Truth Hardware. Arms are just over 16" and have number 30896. They attach to a part number 45142, shown in picture W 2, that has 5 screw holes. It fits through an opening that is 4 5/8". The hinges click onto a part that is 3 "long--picture 3.

Pictures of adjacent window. Knurled crank mechanism is stripped inside housing so can't open window to remove sill or access parts. No names or numbers visible anywhere.

Looking for 2 each of the attached Truth Window Crank part number stamped on my window crank is 40510 and 40511

I am looking for the replacement handle and spindle for a Truth 45206 window hinge. Is this something you carry or can help me locate? Any help is greatly appreciated. This is for an area that has limited funding so I am trying to keep from having to replace the entire assembly.

Hi, I called MW manufacturing (now PlyGem). They told me the awning window used Truth hardware and was dual arm. I need some help identifying exactly what operator (and I will probably buy a new handle, as well) I should buy. Thank you! Mel

Crank broke. Bought from Menards in 1996. Shows 45301 truth on back.

The first 5 pictures is from a semco awning operator and the next 9 pictures are off a semco casement operator. The casement window opens left to right. If you need more info or pictures you can send by email.Thanks Rick

The arms connected to the window are about 9 1/4 inches. The arms connected to the mechanism are about 8 3/4 inches to the bend in the arm, then about 1 1/2 inches into the mechanism. This window is above the bathtub in the master bath. Unlike regular windows that swings left/right, this window goes down( closed position) and as you crank the handle it opens up. The crank on our awning window doesn't operate - crank won't catch internally and just spins loosely inside the slot. Lincoln Window. Gut of crank seems to be stripped. Cannot close window must manually push shut to close and lock window. Extended double arms measure approximately 17 inches. (my best measurement) Thank you for your assessment!Alice

The window crank housing threads for the brass retainer appear to be worn and damaged so will not lock in the main crank stem.
