I need help identifying the exact part. The part i need seem to be made by Truth and has the following number on it which may be a part number "45142".

This part became severely rusted and unusable. The rest of the window is in good shape. Any help you can provide with replacement part would be greatly appreciated. I have several casement windows in my house. Thank need 3 awning style replacement cranks. And I need 7 of the regular casement cranks. The types are pictured above. Also do you sell seals for windows?

I watched your video and it looks relatively easy to fix. I don't know what sizes to order. The handles on three windows are broken. I believe the width of each window is approximately 21 1/2 inches. I believe the extended, open window, is approx 11-12 inches. Thank you!

The brass insert popped out, seems like some threads from the casing were stuck in the threads of the insert. Can't get the brass insert back in. Seems like the casing a stripped. Actually looking for the inserted nut that holds the crank auger screw in the cranking mechanism. Sorry for the lack of correct terms.

We have several small Malta awning windows and the crank out part seems to be stripped or something. You can crank it out, but it won't crank back in to close it. Can you help?
