for double hinge crank is stripped

I cannot close this window. There is a circular disk that keeps coming out as I try to close window. Not sure how it supposed to stay in the hole or if it is stripped out. Thank you, Tony

This is the same as another windows operator that is broken. I can get some info from the crank and window but not the operator, so I need to know what part number I can use to replace it. Any help would be really great, thank you!

Hi Swisco, I'm trying to locate an awning window crank handle from a Caradco window. It may be from around 1979. Hoping you can help! We'd need three if you happen to have them. Any color will do, although our existing is dark bronze. Thanks! Laura

Hello, The handle that you hold onto to open and close the window keeps coming off even when it's tightened. The threads on the "screw" it attaches to seems to be stripped. Is there any way to replace the whole part? Thanks, Karen

No identifying information. Do not want to disassemble sash until I can find replacement. (wood sash needs to be removed on sides/bottom to get to mechanism) NO visible screws without removing sash. House built in early 1970's. Width of cast cover is 5".
