Have double hung window with broken spring, when taking out to see what I needed the top plastic piece broke on right side and bottom piece also broke. The clip that is at the top of the removable bottom sash is broken on a few windows. The clip is secured by a single screw once inserted into the sash. without that clip the window does not stay up due to the fact that it does not allow the balance to activate.

Need help identify this brand/size and recommendation for replacement part. Thanks!
