Hi this casement hinge has broken at the copper or brass fitting do they make this part as a replacement part? Both top and bottom hinges are broken in the same spot. I need to replace the rollers that have been ground flat and don't turn anymore. I believe these are from Hayfield Window and Door Company. House was built in 1989.

Trying to locate part number for Alside window. Not for sure what the name of the part is. The double hung window rests on this and assists when raising window.

Some of my windows' balances broke after about 10 years. Looking to replace them but find the naming conventions confusing. From my understanding, the replacements should be 29". I need to replace the mechanism for both sides of the window. size is 27 5 GV CMC 1.

So many choices but I can't find one that fits. Mine is 7/8" diagonal, 3/4 flap and 1/4" deep. Here's a photo and notice how straight the snap in bead is.

Hi I'm trying to get information on replacing the lower sash pivot/friction shoes. The shoes I'll call them came unattached from the sash which causes the window to free float up and down . Are replacements available? Thanks Tom FYI these windows are not mine but my sisters.

The current track is 13 3/4 with space for a 1/8 thick roller.
