Hi, I recently purchased what I thought was the correct replacement window crank operator from you. It still seems like the correct size, side, etc, but although the operation matches when the window is open, as I close the window, it looks like the operator I got from you doesn't retract in the sam ... I needed to pu ll the window apart to show you that my Vetter casement window has three arms. The longest one is the main arm and it is 9 and 1/2 inches long. The other two are 7 and 1/2 inches long and the third is 5 and 1/4 inches long. Do you have a replacement part that I can use?Thank you for y ... (cont.)

Hello,I need window balance for my double hung window. Lowe can't help. The window is 25 years old. the balance has 5 on cover, it is 1.25 inch wide. Metal coil has 8 on it. Please help identify, thanks Julie

Looking to replace multiple window latches. Length, without the latch sticking out measures at 2 1/4"

Mortise latch mechanisms are failing. There does not appear to be any brand identification, just the AAMA sticker. My client says he tried off-the-shelf replacements, but they did not fit.

Cap that holds the window lift spring down. Pictures show one still intact and another that is broken.

Looking to purchase a replacement gear for our window crank. The windows are from 2008. When the window is open the long arm is approximately 6 inches. The short arm from the sill of the window is about 3.5 inches. The window opens to the left.
