The spring on my door lock mechanism is broken so I am ordering this lock, Roto Single Point Mortise Lock 82-269, which seems to match all the measurements. I would like to know if you have replacement spring available, which would make a good backup should I need it? Regards, James ... (cont.)

Viking Windows fromm late 1980s or early 1990 (home built in 1990/1991). Two different size windows - 29 and 23 inch channel length. Each stamp is shown in labeled images. The width of the top fitting is about 1.09 inches (caliper read), so 1 and 3/32 inches.I need 4 of the 29 inch and 2 of the 23 ... (cont.)

I need help identifying these parts. I believe they are GU which no longer exists. Please also identify what mount will be required for the window. Thanks!

I need to replace the crank since, as you can see, the part where the screws attach to the aluminum frame snapped off. I'm guessing I will need to send a photo of a similar window so you are better able to determine which part I need. Thank you for your help.

I need a couple of locking latches for my Pella casement windows. Not the handle itself but the latches inside the frame that hook into the sash to lock. I can not find an accurate description or terminology for these parts. Thank you

The spiral balance I'm replacing has a metal shoe. I see yours are nylon. Will that still work for me.
