Sliding window roller

Channel length appears to be just over 20.5" Stamp reads 20 4 BSI NN. Do not know window manufacturer. Need: 2 balances with spring (everything for both sides of the window)

The windows are MI brand. The tag on the window has a number on it 19623348.3 185 if that means anything. The channel is 1/2 " and is 34" long. Looking for 8 balance assemblies for now.

We just bought a home with crank open windows. Home was built in 2007. I need to replace several of the locks, but don't have a part number. this particular lock the handle was broken off. Center to Center is 3-7/8". not sure what other measurements you'd need, so please let me know. ... (cont.)

Hi, I have a few Weather Shield windows, stamped on one is SH 021011 01002 A3075. The attached picture shows what I think is called the sash lock. Is that right and do you carry these? I'm not sure if friction shoe is the correct term. Bilt-well double hung windows held up on either side by rubber hardware that's too old to do the job anymore. Easy enough to remove and replace with just the two screws but I can't seem to find the right part. The windows tend to slam shut on their ... (cont.)

Here are pics on my broken parts. The metal piece seems to be 17 inches and the "shoe" a little over one inch I think.

These tip out sash tracks have cracked and broken. Balances still good on one window pair, but broken on other pair. Would prefer to replace all four tracks. Balances are 22" long stamped with 21v.Tracks are 46 3/4 x 4 3/8 excluding the tabs that go into the jamb.

I don't know the type of vinyl windows nor the type of end caps. I need lots of them, because most of them are either cracked or missing. Joanne

My rollers are not working smoothly anymore and I would like to replace them. Lubricating them did not help.
