Hi - looking to replace a number of Pella cranks with a code number of X429 and 7138 (could be 7136) on the inside. I tried the 39-227B t-cranks, which is what we want, but they aren't long enough to completely slide down the spline. Is there any other part that would work for this that isn't a cra ... (cont.)

Hello. I'm looking for this hardware. We ordered the 39-395 and 39-394 from you, and the piece that attaches to the window is 7". The original we have in the picture is 8 3/16. Do you sell the 8 3/16??

We have 2 old cranks that are broken. Both the same and likely original to the house 1974.

Please I need help to find the correct replacement parts. The channel is still in the window but these are the pieces that go into the channel except for the bottom blue piece that hooks onto the spring. These are tilt out windows but unknown brand or model. Thank you

Hi It looks like your part 81-258S is the right replacement roller assembly. But we also have the metal clip that is 1.75"L x .75w that seems to add extra support around the roller assembly. Do you sell this clip? Thanks!
