These two balances were broken in a double hung, tilt window; upper sash. I've looked everywhere on the windows and cannot find a manufacturer name, nor a part number anywhere. Hoping you can identify this part and help me to find replacements. Thanks, Bob

Hi. I have attached photos of the broken part to this. The length of the mechanism is 24 1/4 inches long. The shoe is 1 3/16 inches front to back and is 7/16 inches wide. Based on your website photos I believe I have the part name correct. It is 7/8ths wide. I'm hoping you can make sense of the numbers on the product tag. As you can see in my picture ours has suffered a catastrophic failure. RIP ? Are you able to provide a replacement?

I am looking for the parts at the top corner of the window. The small black plastic covered metal pivot plate (?) and the 10 inch metal bar attached to the inside frame of the window, which the pivot plate slides into.
