Trying to replace shoe and balance on weather shield double hung windows installed in 2005

Not sure who the door manufacturer is but the little part going in the door broke.

Hi there, We looked on your site at the locks you offer. Not sure if the measurements will fit. Our slider looks to be 1-3/8ths and your locks are 1-5/8ths. Maybe I am measuring wrong. Have a slider and a coil that may need to be replaced for vinyl windows in a house just purchased. Look to be original openers. Windows may be as much as 30 years old. Need new openers for both left and right windows.

The hard is in a Bonneville mulled double casement. We'll need one left and one right hand. The mechanism has become loose over time and falling out of the guide track so it requires removing the screen to pull the window in so the outside "roller" beyond the middle of the guide track then the mech ...
