How are these type of spiral balances tensioned? I am familiar with the series 400 balances and have the tensioning tool for that style but it doesn't seem as if the 307 would be tensioned in the same way. Please advise.

Hi I need 2 left and two right operators for these casement windows.The length of the arm is between 12" and 13" depending on how and where measurements are taken. I need some replacements for several windows. They are coil balancers and are about 20 years old. The coils look fine but the pivot shoes have broken.
