I'm looking to see if you have a replacement thumb turn or the whole handle assembly for this jeld wen French door I do not know any part number or model of door as you can see the sticker is gone

Need complete hinges for L & R hand operation. The photo I sent you is 7 5/8 inch on long arm . 5 1/2 inch on small arm. The sliding piece has #45 on it . Looking for these two parts - latch and handles to match.

Metal channel is 15 and 5/8". Stamp says "15 5 BSI". Not sure when it was manufactured -- just moved into a new house that has these on most windows but is missing a couple. Need four balances (for two windows).

Patio door is very hard to open/close. We have used this door thousands of times letting dogs out and in again. I removed the rollers to take a picture and cleaned them but the performance was not improved
