I have looked on the Internet and I'm not able to find any kind of replacement parts that look close to what I have. The window cannot stay if it's open. It will come down right away. We found this broken piece. What's this called? is there a replacement part?

the lower finished window measures 27 x14. the balance bar is marked 25 2 and measures 25 5/8 and is 15/16 wide. it has wings at both ends but one of our ends is broken. also the Milgard sticker on the window says series 5220/5231/5270. Hello, There is a double casement kitchen window in a house I purchased built around 1985-86. It appears the builder never replaced the plastic "construction" covers/handles.
