Hello. I have windows that won't stay up. Can I have the parts pictured replaced to fix the issue? Thanks.

20 inch channel ... part number stamped 1930 with BS1 below it

I've included the pics, there are 2 balances per window. I have 2 identical windows with bad balances so I guess I need a total of 4, 2 for each window. Hi there, Thank you in advance for the help with this one. The part that I'm looking for is circled in red in the picture. I'm looking to replace missing cranks handles for Anderson 7095 window mechanisms. The spline is 3/8". These windows were installed in the early 1970's. Do you have a crank that will work?

Looking for the blac plastic mounting piece for the folding crank of my casement windows.

Looking for a replacement, and possible roller and other accessories.

I have a Pella Impervia single hung fiberglass window and the balance broke. Do you have the replacement balance? The only number I see on the part is 2520 BSItt. I also need to know what to measure on the balance so I can get the correct size. I am not sure if you measure the metal part only or als ... (cont.)

need a pair of 2140 channel balances...mine have "B.S.I." stamped sideways just above the 2140 number. Not sure what that means...if anything. I ordered a set of channel balances (different size) from you about 6 months ago.
