I am looking for the corner keys (top corner with pin) and latch sets (bottom slides that hold the windows up).

Hi, Need help finding casement window weather stripping. If you can tell from the picture it is 'L" shaped, little less than 1/2" on both sides with a metal insert in one leg.Also need to find the part number for the pictured crank. The window in pics will open window but won't close window so I'm hoping you can tell me what replacement I need from the plastic piece that locks unit crank to window or every thing you think I need to replace help !!!!!!!if you need anything else let me know

I cannot find any identifying model numbers or anything like that to give you more specifics on what door it is. Here is a picture of the broken Latch. It measures about 2 and 3/4 inches long overall. The Dog leg and with the broken spines measures about 1 5/8" long overall. The spines are about 7/ ... (cont.)

Channel is 25 9/16" long. There are 3 stamps. 1) 25 5, 2) 3SI, 3) RM I don't know the brand of the window, and I'm not sure when they were installed.

Balancer channel is 27" long, 1/2"wide, "2640 B.S.I." marking on channel, for Milgard window installed in 1986.

Need parts for the latch or a replacement latch
