Need part number s for left and right please.

I have two crank arm operators that are the same just left and right. I can make out TRUTH and D206

Pretty sure I have the right part but want to confirm before I purchase. I'm sure I only need the channel balance top and 19-005 seems to fit the specified dimensions, but I'm sending photos of the whole window balance just in case. I'm trying to fix a very old window which appears to have just broken its last pivot bar. Two of these were on the bottom of each pane.
