I need help identifying and purchasing. Here are a few photos. There is no name on the door anywhere.

Need to replace these tilt bars and the shoes that go with them, please advise

I just had one of Jeld- wen horizontal slider windows installed and I am unable to unlock it. I am attaching a photo. It appears there is a strip of metal that is preventing me from turning the lock. Hello, 22 years ago I installed Silverline windows in the house I was building. I think that the UV rays or just age has caused many of these handle mechanisms to crack, keeping the window from opening. Do you have replacement mechanisms and new handles?
