I can't find rollers that mount with virtal screws

Hello the only marking on this window balance is 14-3.

There does not appear to be any numbers or markings of any sort on the window or the part. In the pictures the roller may be in the wrong slot, they fell out so im not sure if they are in the correct place in the pictures. Should be two two rollers. I have attached the picture of the coil that I am trying to figure out the weight. The stamp on it states “EL”. Which coil would replace this?

On the other side of this window, the shoe is missing the pivoting barrel, and the bottom of the shoe is broken. The window will no longer stay up. The part that is screwed in measures 2 1/4 inches between screws. It is the swivle part that is needed. The other part is not broken. But I took a picture to see the 2 openings that the lock fits in.
