Hi I have a number of viking 9450 double hung windows. The lower sash on some of them no longer stays up, so i want to try replacing the coil balances. Do you offer replacement parts, and if so does the size of the window matter (because of the weight difference)? Thanks!! Jonathan ... (cont.)

On top of lower window, latch that allows the window to swing inward. Held in place with two screws approximately two inches apart. Window closes and locks correctly. Left swing latch has broken.

The balance says 2320 JP It's for a PGT 34" wide x 24" tall sashSingle hung non tilt window The metal channel measures 24" long x 1/2" wideAlso need the clips to remove the sash and balances.

Do you sell these small plastic clips that keep the window screens in place for my roll out windows. Here's the type window and three sides of the plastic window clips that are needed. The clips are 1 3/4" long x 1/2" wide. I'd need a half dozen to have on hand to replace any of those that break off ... (cont.)

Hello, I have a few windows that won't stay open. From what I've seen they have these on both sides and some of them are broken. Are these replaceable?

I work in maintenance for townhouses in the Hudson Valley and we have not been able to find these exact tilt latches anywhere. Do you carry them?
