20 inch metal, 1940 stamp, the window is manufactured by Jeld-Wen. It is 1/2" wide. I need 2 replacement balance springs.

Hello Swisco, I have a Truth EntryGard operator wheel which is getting bound up on the track holes. The wheel spins freely, but the edge of the wheel is chewed up.
