Hello I purchased a replacement track from your company but unfortunately it's too long. I thought I could use the existing screw holes but they don't line up. The plastic pieces that slide along the track broke. Would you happen to have something with these dimensions? Or is it possible to drill ne ... (cont.)

I'm trying to replace a few tilt latches on my windows. I do not see any marking on the part. I can find parts that look like mine but not the same size. I will need both left and right. Do you have any that match these? Thank you!

The part is stamped 25DS 39. The metal length is 25-25 1/2 inches and the width is 1/2 inches. The clip and wheel/pulley broke off on one of the balances and needs replacement. Thank you

I believe the replacement would be the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover. Is that correct? The dimensions seem to be right/close. Can you identify the crank as well?

We have several broken window handles

Looking for a replacement lock. My measurements per your photo description are: 2-1/16" wide, center screw to center screw 11/16" screw to edge of main window lock. Do,you have this replacement?

The handle has broken off my awning window lever operator. I have another unused operator. If I open up this operator, can I swap out the handle or is the operator riveted or welded shut?
