I need 4 window balancers to fit Harvey window

window spring and rope broke and window wont stay up and for part number is U B 29G

Metal rail is 29" long (not including the nylon ends) Stamped with number: 28F

I have two windows with 39-393 controllers but with pro handles that keep falling out. I ordered 2 of the 39-393 controllers to replace them with. I've disconnected the 2 arms and removed the 4 screws but the old controllers won't come out, they are somewhat loose but still feels like something hold ... (cont.)

overall length is 3 1/8", height is 1", width is 3/4". distance from edge near adjustment screw to hole in the top / bottom about 1 13/32. I am in need for a pair of rollers for the above mentioned sliding glass door. The roller pocket is 3/4" X 4 1/2" by 1 3/4" deep. Can you locate me a pair of these please. These rollers are all metal
