I have 2 windows with broken coils and wanted to see about ordering correct parts to replace. Thx in advance for your help.

The crank for my casement windows are not working properly. Can you help me figure out what one I need to replace them. I can't find the window manufacturer, that it's Truth 30744. Thank you,Theresa

33" window balance with red shoe. Has '33TGX' printed on top. For a weather shield aluminum clad window. The other balances I have seen on the website have a different shoe or only have one metal bar instead of two on the end of the balance.

Lower track measures 10" we think it's an amerimax casement windows 37.5" square, cranks open. looking for hinges, complete hardware. I can't match it from your catalog. Can you help? Pete

Hello. I am looking for a dual arm operator. It's a 9" arm. The second arm looks to be 4 15/16. I would need both left and right.

I am looking for the plastic part that the strike plate on the non locking double front door. It's behind the strike plate and looks like a square "C" with two screw holes to hold the strike plate. I am not sure of the correct part name? Regards, Jim
