Message 1 Stamp on channel say 2730. Pictures of top and bottom balance fittings. The channel length is 28". The balance channel width is slightly more than 1/2 ". I need 4 new balance. Please advice which product category and product code I should order. Thank you

My window lock screws are a little more than 2 inches apart. They are a little less than 3/4 inch from the back, although a Swisco help agent says they don't look that far back. The screws on the other piece are 1 inch or 1 and a half inch apart.

I have 2 older (house built in 1999) crestline windows that slide up and down and tilt in when you press the side piece in for cleaning. Both of the bedroom windows will not stay open.
