Hello, I am needing to replace this part to a Single Hung Tilt out aluminum frame window. This is the piece that holds the sash from falling forward. Will you please assist me? The top tip on the right side has broken off of this piece. Thank you in advance.

I have this channel. The metal part is 14.5 inches. Total is 16 inches.

I have replacement windows. I am having aproblem. I see a veritcal metal strap on the left side going to the top of the window that I don't see on the right side which explains why I have trouble lifting it. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

The part I have is square not round. It is 21 in long. In tilting the window out when I went to put it back in the spring on the right side of the window where the channel is it is up to the top and I can't move it down at all.

If you could direct me to the correct part for this metal window this balancer should not have a hook in the back of the block and tackle if I'm not mistaken

I ordered 10 units of S140-26 and the pivot shoe does not fit the side mount pivot bars that I have on my windows. Do you sell side mount pivot bars that fit this shoe? Have broken crank, the turn screw pops out when the crank is turned. I believe I need 39-217, window opens to the left, the single arm is roughly 8.5" long. I also have multiple cranks like this, would like to replace the front of them with 39-107FK, is this compatible?
